Cleaver & Co, known for its mouthwatering burgers and chicken sandwiches, is expanding its footprint. According to the Longmont Leader, the business will be coming to 700 Ken Pratt Blvd. at the city’s developing food hall.

The brand is the second tenant to be announced as coming to Parkway Food Hall, which will open in May. The 6,000-square-foot space is managed by National Food Hall Solutions, the operator of Cleaver & Co.

“It’s a concept we came up with by being in food halls. It’s a concept that people love; who doesn’t like hamburgers, chicken sandwiches, or milkshakes?” CEO Pat Garza told What Now Denver.

Cleaver & Co’s first came to Denver’s Junction Food & Drink in 2021 and then expanded to Cherry Creek Food Hall. In addition to the Longmont location, the company will also open at the upcoming Roswell Junction in Georgia and open a brick-and-mortar in Texas, Garza said.
