Dunkin’ enthusiasts in Castle Rock will be excited to hear that the brand’s beverages are coming to town. The coffee and donut company has filed documents for a location at CO-86 & Founders Pkwy, documents reveal.

The brand has submitted several records to the Town of Castle Rock for the project, which “consists of a 1798 square-foot single-story retail building, which will have a Dunkin store with drive-through and parking lot,” documents state.

This development is strategically positioned at the northeast corner of Founders Parkway and Highway 86, making it a convenient pitstop for coffee on the go. Currently, the closest Dunkin’ to town is nearly 20 miles away in Parker.

Bert Hayenga, a seasoned franchisee who operates more than 100 Dunkin’ locations in Nevada, California, Arizona, and Colorado, is the owner of the upcoming store. He also founded Creative Leather Furniture and is the CEO of Zoyo Neighborhood Yogurt.
