Plans for a new drive-thru Dutch Bros in Timnath have been unveiled, The Coloradan announces. The brand is seeking to build a store at 4725 Weitzel Street, in a developing area of the city.

The beloved coffee chain has set its sights on constructing a 920-square-foot coffee shop on the site, which is positioned northwest of Timnath’s Costco store. It will be run by longtime operators Nate Frary and Krisanna Frary.

Concept review plans filed with the Timnath Planning Department on February 21 show a building with a walk-up ordering window, a covered outdoor patio, and double drive-thru lanes. The location is in close proximity to Interstate 25, in the Gateway Timnath South Subdivision.

Founded in 1992, Dutch Bros sources its coffee beans responsibly from Brazil, Columbia, and El Salvador. In addition to coffee, the chain has options for energy drinks, teas, lemonades, shakes, smoothies, and more.
