I Heart Mac & Cheese has announced that it will be coming to Pueblo West soon. Franchisee Kerry Mand told What Now Denver its newest location will open at 1002 N Market Plaza Unit A.
The local community can indulge in the fast-casual concept’s mouthwatering macaroni and cheese bowls, grilled cheese sandwiches, and macaroni bites. From classic mac and cheese to inventive flavors, there’s something to satisfy everyone.
Nestled in the Safeway shopping center off Hwy 50 and Purcell Blvd, the forthcoming I Heart Mac & Cheese will have an outdoor patio and a convenient pick-up window. It’s in the final weeks of construction, Mand said.
A statement from the brand says, “Kerry Mand is the franchisee that brought IHMAC to Colorado Springs. Her first location at 12229 Voyager Pkwy suite 120 Colorado Springs CO 80921 opened in August 2023. Kerry has called CO home since 1987 and has family from Denver to Pueblo. Kerry is passionate about the community and enjoys preparing catering orders for local businesses and families, as well as offering fundraisers for schools and non-profit organizations.”
