A one-of-a-kind experience is coming to town, with pickleball courts, golf, live music, a bar, and more. Moodswing will offer something for everyone at its 3201 Walnut St. warehouse, the Denver Post reports.
The concept is a venture by Improper City co-founder Justin Riley and partners Giovanni Leone and Colton Cartwright. They are working on turning the property into a 75,000-square-foot indoor/outdoor haven for a day of fun or a night out.
Plans for the facility are to add 12 pickleball courts, golf simulators, dartboards, shuffleboards, and an area for music acts. The kitchen will offer Mediterranean and Italian cuisine options and the bar will have a large selection of beers and spirits.
Moodswing is still in the early stages of development, with construction expected to begin later this year, the piece explains. With a projected opening date set for spring 2025, the venue will be the perfect place to eat, drink, and play once it welcomes patrons.
