A one-of-a-kind experience is coming to town, with pickleball courts, golf, live music, a bar, and more. Moodswing will offer something for everyone at its 3201 Walnut St. warehouse, the Denver Post reports.
The concept is a venture by Improper City co-founder Justin Riley and partners Giovanni Leone and Colton Cartwright. They are working on turning the property into a 75,000-square-foot indoor/outdoor haven for a day of fun or a night out.
Plans for the facility include adding 12 pickleball courts, golf simulators, dartboards, shuffleboards, and a space for music acts. The kitchen will offer Mediterranean and Italian cuisine options, and the bar will have a large selection of beers and spirits.
Moodswing is still in the early stages of development, with construction expected to begin later this year. With a projected opening date set for spring 2025, the venue will be the perfect place to eat, drink, and play once it welcomes patrons.
Update Dec 2025: Moodswing’s grand opening date has been announced as January 3rd, 2026.
