One Group Hospitality Inc. announced its latest venture in the Mile High City recently: Saltwater Social. The concept is to be a seafood-forward restaurant located at 201 Columbine St., according to a piece by Nation’s Restaurant News.

The eatery is slated to grace the vibrant Cherry Creek neighborhood, occupying the old Thirsty Lion Gastropub & Grill space. That business closed in 2019 before the pandemic hit.

Saltwater Social is scheduled to open its doors in the second quarter of this year. This will be One Group Hospitality’s third concept in Denver, alongside STK and Kona Grill.

This addition is sure to elevate Denver’s dining scene. The property will have a beautifully decorated dining room, two private rooms for events and gatherings, and a fully stocked bar.
