Renowned for its unique Texarado-style fare, White Paper BBQ has become a hotspot in Berthoud. But now the company has packed up and will shift operations to a new facility, located at 234 N. Lincoln Ave in Loveland, 99.9 reports

The new headquarters is nestled in the former Kirby’s Hitch and Wiring building, at the corner of Lincoln Avenue and Third Street in downtown Loveland. It provides indoor and outdoor dining options and has a cozy bar.

Owner and Pitmaster Jim Rowan started White Paper BBQ in Berthoud in 2021, above Berthoud Brewing Company. The restaurant has become deeply ingrained in the local community as well, and supports various charitable initiatives and fundraisers to give back.

While the new digs undergo a transformation, the company is still able to serve some of its delicious menu from a food truck out front. From brisket seasoned for eight hours, to pulled pork, sandwiches, and more, it’s a mouthwatering experience.
