Indian Cuisine Coming to the Heart of Colorado Springs

Mausam, a new Indian restaurant in Colorado Springs, will be a wonderful new addition to the ethnic dining scene in the city once it officially opens soon, according to Springs Mag. The concept is located in the Old Colorado City neighborhood, at 3167 W Colorado Ave.

Spokesperson Harsh Singh told What Now Denver the business is waiting for its liquor licensing to be processed and expects that to be completed in the next few weeks. The company is currently looking for bartenders and servers — they are encouraged to send resumes to [email protected].

The eatery will have a soft opening before it fully officially launches. It is co-owned by Kanwal Jhand and Raymond Sandhu and has a menu from Michelin-adorned chef Dharam Singh.
