Texas de Brazil, the renowned Brazilian-American steakhouse chain, will bring its unique dining experience to Colorado Springs in 2025. According to the Gazette, a new location is in the works at the Polaris Pointe development.

Scheduled to open in the first quarter of 2025, the restaurant will be situated in the new development located southeast of Interstate 25 and North Gate Boulevard. It is to be right next to the 8,000-seat Sunset Amphitheater that opens this summer.

Texas de Brazil is building an 8,019-square-foot, single-story building on a 1.6-acre site at Polaris Pointe. The eatery will employ approximately 55 to 60 full- and part-time employees, reports state.

Offering a traditional Brazilian churrasco-style dinner, Texas de Brazil is known for its all-you-can-eat experience. For a $55 flat rate, diners enjoy 16 cuts of beef, lamb, pork, chicken, and sausage, grilled over an open flame and served table-side, along with a 50-item salad bar, and a la carte desserts.
