Rock N Lobster Roll, known for its Northeastern delicacy dishes, will make a splash when it starts serving at its new location inside Middleman Bar. The concept recently announced on its social media pages that it will be taking over the kitchen at the 3401 E Colfax Ave. space.

Founded in 2017 by Chef Andrew Harris, Rock N Lobster Roll began as a food truck, bringing the authentic flavors of the East Coast to Denver. He uses only the freshest ingredients, flown in from Maine, for the rolls.

The menu features classics like the Connecticut Style Lobster Roll, warmed in butter and lemon juice, and the New England Style Lobster Roll, mixed with mayo, lemon, and Old Bay seasoning. The Lobster Mac N Cheese is also a local favorite.

This move to Middleman Bar marks a new chapter for Rock N Lobster Roll, which used to have a kiosk at Edgewater Marketplace. The bar’s kitchen will host rotating chefs every three months, starting with Chef Harris and his team, after the recent departure of Misfit Snack Bar.
