Chinese fast-food chain Panda Express is set to expand its presence in Denver with a new drive-through restaurant. Permits filed recently with the city show the corporation is looking to build a store at 6304 N Tower Dr. in Green Valley Ranch.

Panda Restaurant Group is seeking permission to construct a single-story freestanding building spanning approximately 2,700 square feet, complete with a separate trash enclosure, records show.

The parcel the brand wants to build on spans 1.63 acres, and is part of a larger development that was a 7-acre vacant lot. It’s bordered by E 64th Ave, Tower Rd, E 63rd Ave, and Argonne St. Klover Architects is listed as the firm on permits.

Construction is estimated to be valued at $1.5 million, with construction slated to commence on June 30, 2025, and completion expected by December 31 of that year. There will be parking allotted for 54 vehicles.
