Set to debut in late 2024, White Elephant Aspen is an upcoming resort coming to the heart of the quaint Rockies town. Located at 110 West Main Street, the new venture by New England Development will feature a five-star restaurant, according to reports.

The restaurant will be housed in a glass-enclosed pavilion, creating a seamless connection between the hotel and the pool lounge outside. It will provide a sophisticated dining experience for guests and patrons alike.

White Elephant Aspen is a luxury boutique hotel with a pool and hot tub area and a chic après-ski scene. The resort will blend contemporary mountain aesthetics with rugged modernism: pitted brass, Roman clay-washed walls, leather-detailed upholstery, and a rich color palette of rust, light woods, warm whites, and deep charcoals.

The White Elephant brand, from Nantucket and owned by Boston-based New England Development, has a legacy of award-winning hospitality. Its portfolio of properties spans from the Northeast to Palm Beach.
