Vacancy, a new collaborative venture between The Block Distilling and Novo Coffee, is a highly anticipated concept coming to RiNo. The venture will take place in The Block’s tasting room at 2990 Larimer Street, according to Westword.

Designed to be part coffee shop, part cocktail bar, and part gathering space, Vacancy has a unique theme. The 1,200-square-foot space is centered on fostering community interaction.

This partnership between The Block and Novo Coffee is not a new one; the two businesses have previously teamed up for successful launches of a signature coffee liqueur that combines vodka from The Block and cold brew from Novo.

At Vacancy, the menu will have a curated coffee menu emphasizing single-origin coffees and specialty brewing processes, as well as low- to no-ABV cocktails. Its operating hours will be from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday through Friday.
