Birdcall, the fast-casual dining experience known for its natural ingredients and innovative service, is set to open a new location in Centennial, according to a press release from the brand. The new restaurant will be located at 7503 University Blvd, situated just across from Arapahoe High School and at the intersection of Dry Creek and University Blvd.

Scheduled to open in mid-to-late summer 2025, the new Birdcall restaurant will feature a 2,415-square-foot building with a 950-square-foot outdoor patio. It will offer seating for approximately 75 inside and 55 on the patio, and have a drive-thru.

The location will replace the former Wells Fargo building, with demolition already underway as part of the development process. A new build property will replace it. The surrounding retail environment includes King Soopers and other businesses.

Birdcall, founded in 2016, continues its expansion throughout Colorado, Arizona, and Texas. Its website explains that it is proud to help each local area its in, participating in a 1% Back program.

“One of the things that makes Birdcall really cool is our 1% back promise to the communities we love and serve. And so we’re really excited to be able to bring Birdcall to a couple new communities in Denver that we haven’t been in yet,” CFO Ryan O’Haro told What Now Denver.
