Chicken chain Birdcall is continuing its expansion in Colorado, with a new location in Wheat Ridge set to open, in the Clear Creek neighborhood. A recent press release announced the plans, along with two other coming outposts in the state.
This location, expected to open by the end of 2025, will be part of the Clear Creek Crossing development in the Wheat Ridge area, CFO Ryan O’Haro told What Now Denver. It will be located near the newly built Lifetime Fitness off I-70, but an address has not yet been assigned.
He confirmed the upcoming location will have a drive-thru, a 2,200-square-foot indoor dining space, and a 1,000-square-foot patio. There will be seating room for approximately 75 guests inside and 55 on the patio. A drive-thru will also be included.
“Lease is signed. We’re still working through permitting, so we’re not under construction yet, but hoping to start construction by the middle of the year and then open by the end of the year,” he said.
The company’s website explains that Birdcall was established in 2016, and has since expanded to multiple locations across Colorado, Arizona, and Texas. It also recently announced that it is opening up franchise opportunities, QSR Magazine writes.
