The iconic Barnstormer restaurant, a beloved spot for pilots and locals at the Greeley-Weld County Airport, has officially rebranded as Captain’s Table. Biz West reports that the 600 Airport Rd Unit B business also underwent a change of ownership.

The new operators of the establishment are Kathy Bauer and Rebecca Reyes. Kathy Bauer spent 13 years serving seven days a week at the Barnstormer and was excited to start a new venture in the space. Denver native Reyes has experience opening a local BBQ restaurant.

According to Facebook posts by the restaurant made earlier this month,  the space has undergone a number of updates including fresh paint, new carpet and ceiling tiles, and a deep cleaning of the kitchen and equipment. The new owners are also awaiting a more efficient dishwasher to enhance operations.

Captain’s Table’s GMB listing states its operating hours are from 7 AM to 2 PM. The owners told What Now Denver the diner will offer breakfast and lunch, with options like bagel sandwiches, patty melts, French dip, and a soup and salad bar.

“We really only go by a few things: to be a place focused on family, community, and good food!” Reyes told What Now Denver.
