Slim Chickens is coming in hot. The fast-casual restaurant chain plans to open 10 or more locations in Nashville and surrounding communities, according to Harold Wallace, president of operations at Slim Chickens.
With more than 100 locations across the U.S. and United Kingdom, Slim Chickens prides itself in using the freshest ingredients to make hand-breaded chicken tenders.
Wallace is leading the chain’s expansion to Nashville, according to Franchising.com.
Currently, Slim Chickens has opened three locations in Tennessee. They’re in Murfreesboro, Hendersonville and Mt. Juliet.
The other locations are still being finalized.
Customers dining in Nashville can expect southern hospitality, fresh delicious chicken, and “17 different sauces lead by our fresh made Ranch and Cayenne Ranch,” Wallace said.
“Nashville is a booming market that embraces and expects Southern Hospitality,” he added. “Great for families.”
Slims Chickens is owned by Houchens Food Group, a division of Houchens Industries. The organization operates more than 300 retail grocery, convenience and neighborhood market stores across the country.
