- A container of raw crabs was also found stored above a container of limes inside a walk-in cooler. The employees were trained and instructed to relocate the items to proper vertical storage.
- The inside panelling of the ice machine was dirty and had brown substances. The Person in Charge was advised to properly rinse and sanitize the inside of the ice machine.
- A basket of frozen clams was being thawed outside at an ambient temperature. Another basket of frozen clams was being thawed out on top of the grease trap.

- The report also stated that the facility had no thermometers available in both chest freezers in the dry storage room and in the outside Polarking mobile unit.
- An unlabeled white bulk container with brown powdery substance inside was also found during the inspection.
- The report noted fly activity in the kitchen area. Wet wiping cloths were found on the prep surfaces.
- The PIC could not provide the correct sanitizer test strips to check the quaternary ammonium that the restaurant uses for sanitizing.
- The microwave in the first prep area was dirty, and excessive grease buildup was found on the hood filters above the grills on the cookline.
