A new wellness destination is preparing to join Franklin’s Berry Farms community this November. The Well Renewal Lounge is set to open at 6041 Rural Plains Circle, Suite 120, bringing a combination of massage, skincare and technology-assisted wellness services to the growing mixed-use development. Berry Farms announced the November 2026 opening in a recent Instagram post, with founding memberships already available.
The locally owned concept was created by mother-daughter duo Michelle Schulte and Sara Bernstein, as reported by Williamson Source. Their approach brings traditional wellness treatments together with modern technologies, allowing guests to build routines around their individual needs rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all service menu.
Services will include massage therapy, skin treatments, eyebrow services, lymphatic drainage technology and infrared sauna sessions. Light therapy is also among the offerings highlighted in the Berry Farms announcement. Guests will have the opportunity to explore individual treatments or combine services to support their personal wellness goals.
The concept also incorporates touchless wellness technologies alongside traditional hands-on treatments. This combination is intended to give guests more ways to approach relaxation, recovery and skincare while maintaining a personalized experience.
The new lounge will occupy approximately 2,575 square feet within Berry Farms Town Center, according to Williamson Source. The 600-acre Franklin development brings together residential neighborhoods, retail, restaurants, office space and other community amenities, making it a destination for both residents and visitors.
The Well Renewal Lounge is inviting prospective members to explore its founding membership opportunities ahead of launch.
