HiFi Cookies will open a second location in Donelson next spring.

Owned by New York native Sean Newsome and his wife Kristin Newsome, HiFi cookies opened its first Nashville location in 2016. The couple fell in love with Nashville two years prior after vising Music City.

“Our mission is to make fun, delicious, and creative cookies,” the bakery’s website states. “Just like the hook to a great song, our cookies stick with you long after they’re gone.”

HiFi’s Donelson location will be in the revamped Donelson Plaza, next to the library, an Instagram post states.

The new location is under 800 square feet. The Newsomes plan to expand their ice cream program, increase shipping options and have cookie classes for kids.

What Now reached out to Sean Newsome but he was not immediately available for comment.
