Announced today, the popular drive-thru coffee chain Dutch Bros will join a new development called Spring Hill Towne Crossing, which will be anchored by a Publix shopping market and is planned to be located at the southeast corner of Saturn Parkway and Port Royal Road. An official address is pending development.
The new location is likely to be at least a year out, given construction and permitting will be completed in a timely fashion. Because the process is in the very early stages of development, an official grand opening date may be in 2024 or even later.
Dutch Bros currently has one other open location near Nashville in Hermitage, with a few more potential locations planned throughout the state.
The development site plan states that Dutch Bros will be one of two restaurants inside the Spring Hill Towne Center. The city has yet to receive an application for the business, according to The Tennessean. The other restaurant to occupy the space has not yet been determined.
Oregon-based Dutch Bros is known for their specialty flavored caffeinated beverages, baked goods, self-branded energy drinks called Rebels, and has opened over 755 locations since being founded in 1992. They are most popular on the West coast for having a majority of locations there, with upbeat employees offering speedy, drive-up service.
