A new restaurant and bar is coming to Murfreesboro at 124 N Maple Street, with a focus on craft cocktails featuring bourbon and whiskey-based drinks. Although a grand opening date is currently unknown, it’s likely to open within the next few months, pending construction efforts.

Boro Bourbon and Brews is currently hiring for bartenders, servers, and cooks according to its Facebook page. Business owner Aubrey Carnathan Tolbert is behind the expansion.

The restaurant will serve a food menu as well as have a full bar, including dishes like burnt ends w/ bourbon sauce, pulled pork nachos, bologna and cheese with jalapeño jam, chicken salad with jalapeño and pineapple slaw, smoked bourbon-glazed salmon, fish and chips, sliders and much more, according to Tolbert.

Boro Bourbon and Brews is sure to draw in a large customer base with its conveniently centralized location in downtown Murfreesboro, neighboring local businesses like Marina’s on the Square, Jack Brown’s Beer and Burger Joint, and Whiskey Dix Saloon.

Tolbert shared with What Now Nashville that an additional two locations may also be on the horizon after this first location opens.
