According to recent reporting, the Lower Broadway property most recently acquired by TC Restaurant Group at 107 4th Ave N. is rumored to become a six-story themed honky tonk after the popular country artist, Morgan Wallen, states the Nashville Business Journal.
An opening timeline is unknown, but likely to be a while out. The site was bought by TCRG in 2022 for $10 million, states the Journal. Currently, the property is being used as a parking lot sitting behind Dierks Bentley’s Whiskey Row.
When What Now Nashville reached out to TCRG, company officials declined to comment on the matter.
Though many details are widely unknown, it’s likely that the concept will be a smash hit based on the previous projects from TCRG. The group is known for partnering with various country music stars for many of the famous Lower Broadway honky tonks, like Jason Aldean’s Kitchen and Rooftop Bar, Luke Bryan’s 32 Bridge Food + Drink, Miranda Lambert’s Casa Rosa, Tequila Cowboy, Wanna B’s Karaoke Bar, and Luigi’s City Pizza, as stated on its website.
Whenever the elusive Morgan Wallen bar opens, it’s likely to follow the same successful recipe as its predecessors and include a live music venue with multiple stages, multiple bars, a robust food menu, and a rooftop for its patrons to dance the night away to all of Wallen’s hits.
