Pizza chain restaurant Round Table Pizza is adding a new location in Simi Valley, located at 2410 Sycamore Dr. Ste. D.

The new restaurant will move into the former home of TOGO’s Sandwiches and Baskin Robbins at the corner of Cochran Street and Sycamore Drive, on the outskirts of Sycamore Square Shopping Mall. This location will be owned by franchisee Sandeep Singh Gill and is expected to open in April 2022, according to a company representative. This becomes just the third Round Table Pizza outside Northwest Los Angeles County, joining Thousand Oaks and Santa Paula.

As for within Los Angeles County, Round Table Pizza can be found throughout the city, with dozens of locations throughout Southern California. It’s a massive accomplishment for the company, which first opened in 1959 at Menlo Park under founder Bill Larsen. Now, the West Coast pizza parlor has over 400 locations across the country under FAT Brands, a global restaurant franchising company led by CEO Andy Wiederhorn.

“Today, we pay homage to Bill’s vision by continuing to use only superior ingredients in our pizzas, along with many of his original recipes,” according to their website. “At the same time, we are refreshing our brand look – from the logo to the store design itself – to better reflect the extraordinary pizza we bake, and the dreams of our founder.”

CORRECTION: The previous article misstated Paul Damico as the company’s CEO. The correct CEO is Andy Wiederhorn of FAT Brands.
