Corner Bakery Cafe is opening a new location coming to West LA, located at 10759 W. Pico Blvd.

The company recently announced the newest location will be opening on June 14, 2022. This will be the 23rd location in Los Angeles County and 47th in California. The new cafe will replace Einstein Bros Bagels along the always busy Pico Boulevard, next to a New Look Tailoring. Corner Bakery Cafe, owned by Pandya Restaurant Group, also has a new location coming to Illinois and two stores coming to Pennsylvania. When these locations open, guests can expect kitchen-crafted, artisan-inspired food made by real cooks.

The fact that Corner Bakery Cafe is still expanding the brand is quite impressive. The Dallas-based company has undergone several ownership changes since being founded by Lettuce Entertain You Enterprise in 1991. Since then, the company has been sold to Brinker International, then Il Fornaio (America) Corporation in 2011. A few years later, Roark Capital Group acquired the bakery before selling it to Pandya Restaurant Group, owned and operated by Jignesh (Jay) Pandya, in late 2020.

Now that the chain restaurant has survived the pandemic, it appears the company is ready to continue to expand throughout the country. These restaurants feature classic American dishes ranging from breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Guests can find various pastries, bread, gourmet sandwiches, homemade soups, salads, and pasta. On top of having something for everyone, the company also offers catering options for your next big event.
