XENiA, a Mediterranean kitchen serving delicious, scratch-made bowls, pita sandwiches, and plates, is preparing to open a new location in Venice at 401 Lincoln Blvd.

The restaurant was recently announced as one of the new upcoming tenants set to open at The Colony Venice, a “smart kitchen” that features a pick-up window, friendly lobby, and various seating opportunities, according to Toddrickallen. This will be XENia’s fifth location in Southern California, following sites in Culver City, Long Beach, Pasadena, and San Diego. The restaurant has also expanded nationwide, opening in Oakland, Atlanta, Columbus, Dallas, and Austin. It’s unclear exactly when this location will open.

When it does, it will join a handful of other new tenants set for The Colony Venice, including Crumbl, Kakkoi, Main Chick, Goop Kitchen, Muy Thai, Good Steak, Behold Burger, Culture Crush, and Jennie’s House. Unlike a handful of these eateries, this will be the first time XENiA opens at The Colony, as many of these tenants are also found at the Santa Monica site at 11419 Santa Monica Blvd. The Colony Venice is already open, but only a few concepts have opened there. XENiA will surely become the go-to destination for Mediterranean food in the area.

“On our fresh, bold, and crave-able menu, you’ll find bold Mediterranean spices, locally sourced vegetables, and house-made sauces, marinades, & dips,” according to the company’s website. “Between our natural chicken breast, cuts of prime beef, gluten-free falafel, or charred & roasted white sweet potato, we guarantee that XENiA has something for everyone’s taste or dietary restriction.”
