Wally’s Wine & Spirits, a unique wine-focused store and restaurant, is set to open in Los Angeles, located at 2025 Avenue of the Stars.

Previously, What Now Los Angeles reported on Wally’s Wine & Spirits opening a fourth location in Malibu at the Cross Creek Ranch development. While those plans are still in motion, it appears the company is focused on another location first. The new Wally’s Wine & Spirits will sit at the base of the Fairmont Hotel in Century Plaza, featuring a 2,500-square-foot interior and a 1,500-square-foot outdoor dining terrace, according to Los Angeles Business Journal. This location is set to open next summer.

The new location comes while Century Plaza undergoes a $2 billion-plus redevelopment, which will feature restaurants Estiatorio Milos, Kyu and Sushi Noz. Initially, this development was expected to open at the end of the year, but delays have caused the opening date to be pushed back until next year. Also nearby, The Estates, a longevity and wellness clinic in partnership with Fountain Life, is set to open next year in Century Plaza.

Founded in 1968 as the favorite neighborhood liquor store in Los Angeles, Wally’s has transformed into the premier destination for unique, top-quality ingredients and products procured from across the globe. In addition to having a variety of retail options to purchase, Wally’s also serves as a specialty gourmet cheese shop that serves exceptional cuisine in a sophisticated yet relaxed restaurant setting. The restaurant offers a California-French-inspired menu and many artisan cocktails. The company’s other locations are Beverly Hills, Santa Monica, and Las Vegas.
