The Robeks in Parker is undergoing changes as the current operator transfers ownership to new franchisees. Current operator Angie Baker told What Now Denver she is signing her rights to the store, located at 12235 Pine Bluffs Way, to a local couple.

Cliff and Dara Flowers are the soon-to-be franchisees. The longtime Parker residents are excited to take on ownership, which will officially go into effect in April, they told What Now Denver. They were frequent patrons of the location and jumped on the opportunity when they heard it was for sale.

“We are so excited to take over ownership from Angie Baker! We have loved Robeks smoothies, bowls, and toasts these last couple years, and can’t wait to get behind the counter and continue providing healthy and tasty food options to the Parker community! If you haven’t been by lately…or ever…please come give Robeks a try!” they said.

No physical or operational changes are being made to the Parker store, which opened in March of 2022. Baker, who signed a multi-unit deal to open five outlets, recently celebrated the opening of her new Aurora location at the University of Colorado Anschutz, as the publication reported.

Robeks is renowned for its variety of smoothies, fresh juices, acai bowls, and avocado toasts. The chain was founded in 1996 in Southern California, and now operates over 100 locations across 13 states today, its website shows.
