There are greens for everyone and plenty of lemon, too, at Salad and Go’s newest location, 4401 Lemmon Ave., which opened on Feb. 19.
This restaurant concept is on a mission to make fresh, nutritious food convenient and affordable to everyone. Kick-start the day with breakfast burritos, bowls, and coffee, or reach for salads and wraps with protein that are available under $8.
“We’ve got a new location and a new salad bursting with fresh lemon, Dallas!” said Chef Daniel Patino in a statement. “We’re thrilled to open on Lemmon Avenue, and you won’t want to miss our new Good Greens Salad with a refreshing lemon basil vinaigrette.”
The Good Greens Salad is part of the brand’s new “Greens for Everyone” seasonal menu. The new salad features roasted Brussels sprouts, cucumber, marinated chickpeas, croutons and avocado and a choice of protein on a bed of romaine and spinach mix with a vibrant lemon basil vinaigrette. Or reach for the Green Reviver Juice, which features fresh apple, ginger, lemon, kale, spinach and parsley.
Salad and Go offers nutritious, convenient food that makes you feel good without limitations. The menu is guided by a food ethos from Patino, a Michelin-star trained chef who has brought the high standards of fine dining to a quick-service model. Without artificial additives, stabilizers or preservatives, the Salad and Go menu features cleaner ingredients that make for satisfying meals every time.
