Lulu’s Pasta Bar, a unique pasta concept that creates each dish in front of the customers, is preparing to open a new location in Laval at 3003 Boul. Le Carrefour.

The company’s third location is set to move into Carrefour Laval, a superregional shopping mall in the Chomedey neighborhood, according to the company’s website. The new Lulu’s Pasta Bar will be the first in a mall and is expected to open in May 2025Co-owners Jimmy Petropoulos and Anthy Siounis tell What Now Montreal that customers can expect the same menu and excellent service, with all pasta dishes being cooked in front of the customers. Siounis says the company will not scale back or modify any of its operations for the new site, promising fresh pasta for its customers, similar to its other locations. Lulu’s Pasta Bar has two sites in Griffintown at 365 Ontario St E and 1346 Notre Dame St. W.

What sets Lulu’s apart is the company’s commitment to using the finest, freshest ingredients. All the vegan pasta is made with semolina flour and offers great nutritional benefits, while each sauce reflects our dedication to quality and flavor. This new mall location provides an excellent opportunity for the company due to the high foot traffic, increasing exposure for this delicious concept.

The menu will include Chicken Tarragon, made with Lulu’s Sauce, chicken, mushrooms, tarragon, Parmigiano Reggiano, and parsley, as well as Tuscan Chicken with spinach, sun-dried tomato pesto, and cherry tomatoes. Unique ‘Delulu’ creations will feature the Creamy Taco, a taco-inspired dish with ground beef, parsley, cheddar, and cherry tomatoes, and Parmesan Bacon, which combines Lulu’s Sauce, crispy bacon, caramelized onions, mushrooms, and Parmigiano Reggiano.

“At Lulu’s, our mission is to redefine the Fresh Pasta experience,” according to the company’s website. “We strive to be more than just a QSR; we aim to be the go-to destination for fresh pasta enthusiasts seeking quality, variety, and convenience. Whether you’re a solo diner looking for a quick lunch or a family in search of a delightful dinner, we’ve got something for everyone. Beyond serving delicious fresh pasta, we believe in building connections with our community. Lulu’s is more than just a place to eat; it’s a hub for friends, families, and Fresh Pasta enthusiasts to come together and enjoy a shared love for great food.”
