A new restaurant at Hôtel-Casino du Lac-Leamy, is bringing a contemporary dining concept centered on seasonal cuisine and regional ingredients to the Gatineau entertainment complex. According to the Ottawa Business Journal, Bouquet plans to open at 1 Boulevard du Casino on November 18.

Bouquet is designed as a contemporary restaurant with local roots that plans to combine an elevated dining experience with a welcoming atmosphere.

The concept puts local producers at the center of its menu. The restaurant has established partnerships with regional farmers, food artisans and suppliers.

The restaurant’s design and service are intended to encourage guests to spend time together. An open kitchen gives diners a closer view of the culinary process, while shareable dishes are meant to make the experience more social, according to the Ottawa Business Journal.

Bouquet is part of a wider strategy to strengthen the region’s tourism and hospitality offering. The restaurant is part of the Hôtel-Casino du Lac-Leamy, a destination managed by Loto-Québec. Its location allows guests to pair a meal with other offerings at the property, including hotel accommodations, live entertainment, casino gaming and nightlife.

With its focus on local suppliers, seasonal dishes and a shared dining experience, Bouquet adds a new restaurant concept to the Ottawa-Gatineau area.
