A brand new acai eatery called Easy Acai is getting ready to make its debut in Ponte Vedra Beach, located at 278 Solana Rd.

The company will open its first storefront in the former home of Tim’s Wine Market, between a Salvation Army Donation Center and Kumon. The owner tells What Now Jacksonville he hopes to open the location by the end of July 2023. Other eateries in the development include Two Dudes Seafood Restaurant, Tumtim Thai, Tony’s Pizza, Woody’s Bar-B-Q, and a handful of national chains like Dominos and Dunkin’. This will be a perfect location for the new acai eatery, considering the closest similar business is up in the South Beach Parkway Plaza.

Easy Acai is connected to Katia and Ragan Rowland, according to Sunbiz. Katia and her husband, Doug Rowland, have served as a missionary, pastors, teachers, evangelists, church planters, and relief workers throughout the globe, crossing denominational lines and various cultures. The two founded Alive2Love Ministries, a non-profit charity program established to support impoverished people. When the family opens the new acai shop this summer, customers can expect variations of the Brazilian dish.

“Every year, Doug & Katia travel to numerous nations to conduct mass crusades, large-scale humanitarian outreaches, church conferences, and leadership-training seminars in which they impart powerful Biblical truths into thousands of hungry hearts and eager spiritual leaders,” according to Alive2Love’s website. “Ultimately, their heartbeat is to foster spiritual maturity in these individuals and to see them reach their full potential by impacting their communities and their world with the Love of God and the Truth of His Word.”
