Clean Eatz, a healthy food restaurant offering various delicious and affordable options, is opening a new location in St. Johns at 140 Little Cypress Drive, Suite 101.

The company’s newest location will move into an upcoming development near the Philips Highway and Race Track Road, according to the company’s website. Franchise owner Jerry Mosiello tells What Now Jacksonville that the project is still in its early stages but expects to open in the first quarter of 2024. While there are nine Clean Eatz in Florida, only one is in the greater Jacksonville area at 4828 W Deer Lake Drive, Suite 1. The upcoming development already features a Zaxby’s.

When the new Clean Eatz opens next year, customers can expect some dine-in options, such as burgers, wraps, flatbreads, meltz, build-your-own bowls, smoothies, and more. On top of having various in-house meals, the restaurant also provides a weekly meal plan service, with a new menu going live on the website every Tuesday. Most meals are under 500 calories and cost as low as $6.52 per meal. In addition to meal plans, Clean Eatz also offers several grab-and-go meals, including protein smoothies, healthy snacks, and catering for all occasions.

“Clean Eatz, which launched in 2013 and started franchising in 2015, was co-founded by husband-and-wife duo Don and Evonne Varady,” according to the company’s website. “We are heart-driven to Change Livez through clean, balanced food, thought-provoking education, and motivational support that inspires results. We know personal wellness is not one-size-fits-all, so we craft nutritional products and fitness opportunities that meet the needs of every type of lifestyle.”
