Boba Panda Tea Shop, a new Jacksonville-based boba shop that recently opened this year, is already expanding to a new location at 5808 Normandy Blvd #8.
The company’s second site is expected to open next to 1st & Ten Barbershop in the West Side Plaza Shopping Mall, according to a recent plan review application submitted to the Florida Department of Business & Professional Regulation. The application is still being processed, so this new Boba Panda Tea Shop will likely open sometime next year, although an exact opening date has yet to be established. The company’s first location can be found at 31 West Adams Street.
This will be an excellent location for the company’s new location, considering plenty of other businesses around will bring in more foot traffic to this fast-casual eatery. On top of having plenty of opportunities from other nearby businesses, Boba Panda Tea Shop will not have to compete with any other related eateries, with the next closest boba shop being First Coast Cookies & Boba in Fairfax. The new eatery will bring a new type of fast-casual food to the area.
When Boba Panda Tea Shop opens next year, customers can expect authentic tea-based boba drinks and a small food menu. The simplified menu offers a handful of coffee, tea, and various snacks, including edamame, gyoza, and more. For something a little more filling, the restaurant also offers different ramen and soups. Customers can expect the same delicious food and drinks at the new location.
