The quickly expanding “fresh casual” restaurant So Fresh will be opening a new location in northern Florida, according to a recent plan filing with the State of Florida. The store will be found at 4495 Roosevelt Blvd and will be run by Robert Lee, a local franchisee.

JDR reports that for SoFresh, RPC General Contractors Inc. of Atlantic Beach is the contractor for the estimated $250,000 build-out of 1,200 square feet of space for a 16-seat fast-casual restaurant in Unit 308, next to Chicken Salad Chick.

“Discover the healthier alternative to assembly line dining with SoFresh. Say goodbye to buffet lines and hello to freshly prepared grain bowls, nutrient-packed salads, flavorful wraps and cheesy quesadillas,” the official website states.

“At SoFresh, we believe in the freshness and health benefits of meals prepared just for you. With us, it’s a commitment to fast, fresh & healthy eating. Choose your ingredients and watch as they hit the grill ready for you within minutes. Experience the difference, where healthy and fresh food is our passion.”

No opening date has been set.
