FBrest’s Whiskey Cake will be opening in early November at 10209 River Coast Drive, a restaurant representative told the Times-Union.

Reportedly, the restaurant will have 350-plus seats (with the addition of an Airstream trailer dining space for 12).

“We’re hoping to [open a new FBRest concept in the area]. We have a Whiskey Cake in Tampa and we’re opening one in Jacksonville. I think it would work here. Whiskey Cake has one of the largest selections of bourbons and whiskeys out there,” CEO Jeff Carcara recently told OBJ.

“Our passion for whiskey and craft cocktails runs deep — every year, our team travels to Kentucky to hand-select barrel blends you won’t find anywhere else. With our scratch kitchen and high-energy vibe, we’re ready to make this your favorite hangout in Jacksonville,” said Ben Woodring, vice president of operations at Whiskey Cake. “We can’t wait to bring Whiskey Cake to Jacksonville.”
