Family-operated restaurant Juan’s Mexican Grill offers a menu of Mexican favorites at three locations in Pinellas County. The brand is now preparing to launch its fourth restaurant this summer, at 4938 Ridgemoor Blvd, in Eastlake’s Ridgemoor Plaza.
“The founder and CEO is my uncle Mario Constantinou who has owned multiple different restaurant concepts in the Tampa Bay area for over 35yrs,” George Constantinou, VP at Hungry Greek Enterprises, told What Now on Friday. “His goal was to bring fresh Mexican flavors to the local areas for people to enjoy.”
Juan’s offers favorite dishes like the Grande Burrito, Burrito Bowl, tacos, and quesadillas, loaded with toppings and guests’ choice of protein. These include chicken, spicy chicken, pulled pork, and spicy steak.
“Add some homemade chips and queso to your meal and get ready to taste what Juans is all about,” said Constantinou.
