The Wine Library to Open Second Location

The Dade City-born wine and sangria bar is expanding to Bartow

Dade City wine bar The Wine Library is preparing to expand to a second location, this time in Bartow. The “wine & sangria bar featuring an exquisite wine selection from around the world, served in a sophisticated ambiance” will launch its Bartow location at 165 S Central Ave., according to a plan review submitted recently by The Wine Library LLC.

Behind The Wine Library LLC is owner Nicolae Cardei. What Now reached out to Cardei on Wednesday to inquire about plans for the Bartow location. Cardei confirmed plans to for the expansion but declined to comment further on the project.

Opening on the northwest corner of the intersection between South Central Avenue and East Summerlin Street, The Wine Library will join a culinary community that includes Havana Delights Cafe & Catering, Unfiltered Bartow, Zest Bar and Grill, and Mexican Doll Paleteria & More.
