Offering “The Power of Nutrition Blended,” Lit Nutrition serves up a selection of protein shakes and healthy food offerings at 8430 N Armenia Ave. in Tampa. Now, Lit Nutrition is headed to Citrus Park, where submitted plan review documents show an opening in the works at 7620 Gunn Hwy, Unit 120.

“CITRUS PARK, THE SECRET IS OUT!!!” said a Facebook post published by Lit Nutrition at the end of October. “YESSSS, YOU READ THAT RIGHT!!! LIT NUTRITION TAMPA HAS A NEW HOME!!! The signs are UP, the location is OFFICIAL, and we’re getting ready to bring ALL THE LIT VIBES to Citrus Park! New location. New chapter. SAME LIT ENERGY! We’ve been working behind the scenes, and we cannot WAIT to welcome you through these doors!”

What Now reached out to owners of Lit Nutrition on Friday to ask about plans for the Citrus Park location, and to confirm whether it represents an expansion by the brand or a relocation (“new home” suggests the latter).

“All of our items are made with Herbalife Nutrition products for the best way to start or end your day!” says the Lit Nutrition website. “Perfect for busy mornings or as a mid-day pick-me-up, our shakes are packed with 24g of protein (minimum) and it’s a full meal replacement with 21 essential vitamins and minerals to fuel your body and mind.”
