Located at 459 Brandon Town Center Drive in Brandon, the Brandon Exchange shopping mall is seeing a lot of changes this year. Dick’s House of Sport has taken over the old Sears location, and the mall is looking forward to several big openings in 2027, including a Primark store, Dave’s Hot Chicken, and Wright’s Gourmet House.
Before the year is out, however, the mall is getting another new addition to its retail roster: Happy Beauty, the beauty store chain from Sally Beauty. According to coverage by the Rand Wilson Group, Happy Beauty is working towards a Winter 2026 debut at Brandon Exchange.
With about 20 stores, particularly concentrated in Texas and Arizona, Happy Beauty offers a selection that includes hair care, nail care, bath & body, fragrances, skin care, and makeup products. At this time of year, you’ll also find plenty of holiday gifts.
Opening at Brandon Exchange, Happy Beauty will join a roster that includes brands like Abercrombie & Fitch, Chico’s, Claire’s, and restaurants like Charley’s Philly Steaks, Chipotle, and Chick-fil-A.
