Eric and Adriana Fralick, owners of Noble Rice and Koya, will soon open a new concept at 226 S Blvd called Kinjo, according to recent public records.

“Itameshi is Italian cuisine made with Japanese sensibilities,” a recent Instagram post from the restaurant’s official page states. “Think handmade pasta, house cured meats , and crudo. This intimate wine bar will feature a large selection of Italian, and French wines, sake, cocktails, mocktails and more. The sounds of jazz will fill the room and on the weekends a live performance or two.”

Creative Loafing Tampa reports that the establishment will introduce Italian-Japanese fusion to the area, a cuisine which has been a “fine dining trend throughout Europe and Asia for quite some time.”

Kinjo’s is reported to debut with a “full-service bar loaded with wine, sake and spirits will be joined by an intimate menu of fresh pastas, crudo, sashimi, and a variety of meats and cheeses cured in-house.” Mock-ups of the interior show a sleek and cozy modern space, ideal for a refined dining experience.

No opening date has yet been announced.
