La Dolce Vita Trattoria Heads to St. Pete Beach

Located at 600 Palm Harbor Blvd in Palm Harbor, La Dolce Vita Trattoria offers a broad selection of authentic offerings from Italian cuisine. Now, the brand is expanding, with a new location opening on St. Pete Beach, where submitted plan review documents show a launch planned at 7141 Gulf Blvd.

What Now confirmed news of an opening in St. Pete Beach with owner Mirco Spotti on Friday.

“We’re in inspections,” Spotti said but declined to comment further at this time. What Now is awaiting more information on the opening.

La Dolce Vita Trattoria’s menu features classic pasta dishes like Pasta Cacio a Pepe and Pasta Bolognese; fish choices like Grill Salmon, Branzino, and Scampi Diavola (jumbo shrimp, red chili pepper flakes, garlic, oregano. tomato sauce choice of pasta or sauteed vegetables); and Carne offerings like Filetto Al Vino Rosso and Chicken Marsala.

“Are you in the mood for some truly authentic Italian cuisine? Then come to our restaurant!” says the Dolce Vita website. “We only use the freshest ingredients, and our recipes are passed down from generation to generation.”
