A sprawling entertainment mecca is making its way to DC from across the pond. The British favorite F1 Arcade is making its District debut this year, reports local media outlet Eater DC.

The massive establishment, which will contain a bar and racing simulators, will occupy a staggering 17,500 square feet at 440 Penn Street NE. The former warehouse space will provide ample room for the racing themed arcade to greet and feed guests. While a precise opening date is not currently available, F1 is aiming for an autumn opening.

The concept will be bringing a unique and wholly original experience to DC. The website states: “F1 Arcade Washington D.C. is a thrilling new food, drink and simulator racing experience coming soon to Washington D.C. in Autumn 2024. Assemble your pit crew, grab a cocktail, and take the wheel of an F1 simulator for an electrifying experience you’ll never forget.”
