Colada Shop to Refresh DMV Flyers

The popular regional cafe will be opening in the Reagan International Airport later this year.

If you like pina coladas (among a wide range of other delicious treats), the Reagan International Airport is poised to become your next favorite travel destination. DMV favorite Colada Shop is bringing its distinctive assortment of Cuban treats to the transportation hub, according to popular Twitter feed @eat_dc.

Flyers will be able to grab one of the shop’s signature treats in Terminal 2, at 2400 Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport Access Road. An opening timeline is not presently available for the Colada Shop’s airport location, however it is set to  begin feeding hungry travelers at some point later this year.

Founded by Daniella Senior in 2016, the cafe concept has earned an ardent fan-following across the DMV thanks to its commitment to authentic and delectable treats and superior customer service. 

In addition to an assortment of coffee drinks, Colada Shop serves a range of cocktails, and offers sandwiches, salads, and a variety of sides and snacks for hungry visitors.

The company’s website explains the ethos that has made the cafe such a DMV essential, stating: “We are committed to providing outstanding Caribbean experiences to our guests. As unique as we are individually, we are united by our mutual passion for great food, superb coffee, and vibrant beverages. We are proud of our unmatched hospitality and the unforgettable experiences we deliver one sip and bite at a time.”
