According to a recent permit filing, Fram has filed for an Eastlake area location at 950 Fairview Avenue East Unit A.

A representative of Fram was not immediately available to comment upon What Now Seattle’s request.

While an official opening date and what Fram plans to offer have yet to be confirmed, according to the permit, Fram was filed under Fram Shop LLC. Listed on the business and permit filing are Gabriel Hajiani and Tina Donahue.

Washington Company Search states that Fram Shop LLC was incorporated on March 18th, 2024. Fram has filed for five different permissions, one being a beer and wine rest permission.

Gabriel’s website states, “After owning and operating my own metal design and fabrication business, I went to work in the advertising industry, most recently as Head of Content and Creation at Seattle Agency DNA. My superpower is developing creative ideas and putting teams together to best bring those ideas to life.”

“The drive for quality in production in any organization has to go beyond the products themselves. It extends to how we organize ourselves to get a body of work done, how we borrow ideas from other industries and cultures, and how we approach the question of the way things are and how they should be.”
