According to a recent permit filing, Bettys Bar has filed for a Phinney Ridge area location at 7301 Aurora Avenue N.

A representative of Bettys Bar was not immediately available to comment upon What Now Seattle’s request.

According to the permit, behind Betty’s are Sunny “Adria” Graves and Tim Crawley. They are both investors for Beth’s Cafe in the area.

Beth’s Cafe’s website states, “Established in 1954 as a nickel slots gambling parlor by Beth and Harold Eisenstadt, Beth’s Cafe is now World Famous for our hearty, delicious breakfast including the enormous 12-egg omelet.”

“We are largely known for our delicious “greasy spoon” cuisine, and have a famous 12-egg omelet guaranteed to fill you up. We pride ourselves on customer service and love to feed everyone who walks in our doors.”
