Santorini Pizza & Pasta Has Filed For a Change of Hands

Santorini filed for the assumption on October 3rd.

According to a recent permit filing, Santorini Pizza & Pasta has filed for a change of hands in Meadowbrook at 11001 35th Avenue NE.

A representative of Santorini Pizza & Pasta was not immediately available to comment upon What Now Seattle’s request.

While an official date for the change of hands and what that will mean for Santorini’s have yet to be confirmed, according to the permit filing, the assumption was filed under EJ Murataj LLC. Erjon and Antuela Murataj are listed on the permit.

According to Santorini Pizza & Pasta’s website, “Santorini Pizza & Pasta is a family restaurant located in the Meadowbrook – Wedgwood neighborhood of Seattle. Since 1994, we have specialized in serving gourmet pizza, pasta & salads along with a different dinner special each night.”

Currently, Santorini Pizza & Pasta is open Monday through Friday from 4 PM to 9 PM. Gourmet pizza, pasta, salads, sandwiches, juniors, beverages, and desserts are listed to be on the menu, according to the website.
