A representative of Teriyaki Wok & Sushi was not immediately available to comment upon What Now Seattle’s request.
While an official date for the change and what this will mean for Teriyaki Wok & Sushi, according to the permit, the assumption was filed under Highgem LLC. Lucas and Sunny Bae are listed on the permit filing.
Biz Profile states that Highgem LLC was filed on August 29th, 2024. Lucas and Sunny are also listed on the LLC filing and are both listed as “governors.” The LLC is filed under the “food service & restaurant” category.
Red Fin states the property was built in 1998 and is marked as “other” for the property type. The property is stated to boast of 17,240 square feet of space on a 1.38-acre lot. Other establishments listed with the same address are Bonney Lake Dental, Cigar World, and T J Nails, to name a few.
