According to a recent permit filing, BreakThru Brewing Company will soon move from Kent to Seattle at 1108 NW 52nd Street Suite A.
“Truth be told there’s not much of a story to tell, we’re just moving our operations to sublet in another brewery as our old host in Kent went out of business. We will be able to have pop-up sales on-site selling direct to consumers,” Alex Ellig, BreakThru’s owner and brewer, told What Now Seattle.
BreakThru Brewing’s website tells us more about the concept: “BreakThru is the passion project of mine and my wife (our baby girl & soon-to-be baby boy), the two of us are the entire company. I source the best ingredients I can find from all across the world, research and write recipes, brew, cellar, package, sell, and personally distribute every keg and can of BreakThru beer.”
“My wife handles all the marketing, and branding, reeling in my label ideas to keep them “on brand”, and is building our digital platform to launch online sales and retail in the somewhat near future.”
“So next time you’re perusing the shelves at your local bottleshop or see us on tap, we’d love for you to give us a shot. I can personally guarantee there’s not another brewery around that cares more about their product than we do, and we’d be honored for you to try our latest creation!”
