According to a recent permit filing, Beach Cat Brewing aims to debut in Bellingham at 1010 C Street Suite 107.

“We do have a goal in mind, but when you open a business, you start to find that opening dates are a moving target. We are definitely opening in 2025 though,” Jake Gobeille, the co-owner and director of operations, told What Now Seattle.

“We are thrilled for this new location. It is going to encompass the spirit of Birch Bay. We are hoping to bring a lot of delicious beer options, plus food truck rotations. This is to offer a great experience to patrons in Bellingham and Birch Bay.”

“We opened in August of 2020 during the pandemic. Darin Hamm and Jake Gobeille are the founders and co-owners. We wanted to bring a community experience and collaborative spirit to the folks in Birch Bay and beyond!”

Beach Cat is a family and pet-friendly space. The company website, as well as its Instagram page, features a rotating tap list alongside a weekly food schedule.
